At Anchored Serenity Therapeutic Solutions there is a fundamental belief that everyone has the potential to reach their desired ‘optimal’ self. I am just here to help guide you along your journey. I am a trauma and grief-informed therapist who specialize in Grief, Loss & Bereavement and Trauma- which means that I am specially trained to approach every therapy session holistically, with a deep understanding of the emotional, biological, social and psychological effects of trauma. Often times, there are obstacles or barriers to processing or telling your story in an authentic way. I am committed to meeting you where you are and providing the highest quality of therapeutic services to meet your unique needs. There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to psychotherapy or any therapeutic approaches. I provide personalized and customizable approaches with clients and am dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable environment where you’ll receive tailored care so you can begin your path towards healing.  

I completely understand that beginning therapy is an exercise in extreme vulnerability and trust-which can be the two things we lack most. I also understand that entering therapy and engaging in the process of self-reflection can be scary. However, it is my hope that you are able recognize that the benefits of therapy outweigh the fears or concerns that you may have.
